After leaving competitive rugby, Beverley realized traditional gym routines weren’t delivering the energy, performance, or results she wanted. So she built her own method—athletic, creative, and never boring. For the past decade, it’s helped women train hard, stay consistent, and feel unstoppable.

What equipment is recommended for your programs?

We recommend having a solid set of dumbbells (suggested at least 5 lbs - 20 lbs), a bench, a yoga mat and a selection of booty and resistance bands. Optional additions would be a step and a Swiss Ball.

If you’re travelling we also have equipment free workouts that can be done with bodyweight or bands only!

Yes. Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere you have wifi!
