Oh man, it’s been agesssss since I shared a workout on YouTube. AGES I TELL YA.
If you’re a new reader to Born to Sweat, then maybe you didn’t know that I used to post them all the time. Back when Born to Sweat was still Sweaty and Fit. YES. There was a name change too!
Anyway, I think I came out with like 20 workout videos and all all them (for the most part) FLOPPED, so I kind of gave up. (It can be somewhat depressing spending 4-5 hours working on one video and getting less than 300 views)…
BUT I’M BACK!
WITH A VENGEANCE.
I did this workout last week and I pushed myself to do 4 rounds. Start with 3 and if you can dig deep enough to get in a 4th and final round, even better.
The workout is simple and straight forward: 6 exercises, 45 seconds work and a 15 second break between exercises. Once you’ve completed a round, rest for 2 minutes and repeat.
You should be able to complete the whole workout in less than 40 minutes, including a warm up.
So0oo0o what are you waiting for? Get to it!

i did this workout the day you posted it on youtube! so thank you, it was great. I omitted the burpee box step overs and switched it to 40sec/20sec split, and managed 4 rounds easily. maybe i underestimated myself!
