I am so, SO happy to finally be writing and publishing this post on the release of my 4 Week Workout E-books: The Sweat Series
After thinking about it for over a year, 4 months of coming up with workouts, and countless hours spent on descriptions, photographs, and layouts – FINALLY I have completed and am coming out with my very first workout e-book on April 1st!

(I feel like Beyonce when she came out with her visual album. Except this is better than Beyonce, IMO)
Rather than putting out one single 12 week program, I thought it best to create three separate, progressive programs. My reasoning behind this was that I did not want someone with a moderately high level of fitness and experience, to be doing a program which was built for someone who was fairly new to resistance training. Rather than waste your money, and your time, I split them up so that YOU could decide which program was best suited for your level of fitness and experience.
HOWEVER, since this program is progressive, each book can and should be done one after the other. If you are fairly new to exercising, the third and most advanced book is a tough but amazing goal to work towards in 12 weeks.
Who These Books Are For?
The best thing about The Sweat Series are the range of people who can benefit from the program.
From a former competitive athlete and full-time student, to a young professional in a busy corporate job, I know first-hand the frustrations and reality of our time limitations. These e-books are designed and structured for those who are busy and want to get a quick and dirty workout in, while burning immense amounts of fat.
As a personal trainer, I know what most females are looking for in terms of physique, body composition, and muscle definition. The combination of plyometric exercises, resistance training, and cardio intervals will help you achieve that tight, flat stomach, round glutes, and beautifully defined arms and shoulders.

Each week is separated into 4 different workouts – Monday is lower body, Wednesday is upper body, Thursday is cardio & core, and Saturday/Sunday is full body. Weeks are separated into two week clusters, so Week 1&2 are the same while Week 3&4 are the same.
All programs will require equipment, which is mentioned at the beginning of the book. The 4 Week E-book comes complete with exercise descriptions, photos, and information on warm up and cool-down/stretch sessions. All the information you need are in these books!
