Valentines Day Coconut & Chocolate Yogurt Bark
This Valentines Day Coconut Chocolate Yogurt Bark is the perfect healthy treat for that healthy couple! Pomegranate seeds, dark chocolate chips, and coconut Greek yogurt are all you need for this recipe!

Ingredients
  • 2cups Coconut Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/3cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Cover a flat tray with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, a quarter of the pomegranate seeds (or raspberries if you choose to use those), and a quarter of the chocolate chips
  2. Spread it out onto a tray, about 1/4 of an inch thick. I wouldn’t go any thicker than that otherwise it will be hard to bite!
  3. Cover the yogurt with the rest of the toppings. Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
  4. When it’s time to cut it, take the bark out with the parchment paper. Give it 2-3 minutes to slightly thaw. Cut on a chopping board and enjoy! Store in a container in your freezer
