Working out at home can be a challenge, especially if you’ve been laying around at home all day.
After talking to many of my readers and followers, it’s clear that everyone is experiencing the same difficulties.
Missing the community and camaraderie that comes with working out…
The accountability that comes with training in a gym, or with a group of people.
For me, exercise has ALWAYS been about bringing people together and the commitment that stems from those relationships.
But it’s also about the commitment that you make to YOURSELF, to become healthier, stronger and fitter.
You shouldn’t have to break that commitment to yourself, just because you are stuck at home.
