This is a program designed to challenge you and level up your workouts. It is suggested you have a minimum of 6 months of weight lifting and running experience before starting this program.
2 dumbbells, booty bands, chair/bench, yoga mat, resistance band, access to a field and set of stairs (stairs not necessary but good to have).
We start on July 6th.
Give yourself an hour from start to finish to commit to the workouts, including warm up and cool down.
Each week contains two strength workouts (legs & glutes and full body), 1 HIIT workout (full body), 1 sprint focussed session, and 1 bonus stair workout.
