One of the most common questions that I get asked is: How do I work a full-time job, while still managing all my fitness commitments at the same time?
For those who don’t know what I do, I work a full-time job in the insurance industry, while running my own business (Born to Sweat)! Aside from my 9-5, I run workout classes 2-3 times a week, do sports modelling, run an Instagram account and blog, attend different events in the industry, and workout 4-5 days a week.
Not gonna lie – it hasn’t been easy. There have been many sacrifices and allowances made along the way to get myself to where I am both comfortable and consistently busy, but without too much stress.
In this video I break down as best as possible what my week looks like. Each day is different, and each day has different priorities. Most nights I find that I am working from 8 AM to 10 PM: finishing my day job and then getting back to work after the gym. As busy as I am, I find myself fulfilled and happy, concentrating on the things that I love most.

But, no matter how amazing you are at managing your time, the most important piece of the puzzle is being 100% passionate and in love with what you do. Otherwise all those extra hours that you put in are looked at as nothing more than a chore.
